We: help our clients analyze risk and opportunity; create a lean process to execute the design, engineering, and permitting required; bid the project competitively in the market with our preferred trade and material supply partners; and manage the field and project management execution of the physical project. When desired, for select clients, we also manage components of their equipment design, installation, FF&E, low voltage/data, security, and other owner vendors.
